Tea Base
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tsp honey (optional, plus additional to taste)
- 1 bag white tea
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (plus additional for serving)
Juice Mix
- 1 cup guava juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed, about 1/4–1/2 lemon, plus additional to taste)
Instructions
- Steep the Tea: In a large measuring cup, dissolve the honey (if using) in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Add the white tea bag and allow it to steep for 10 minutes to extract delicate flavors.
- Add Ice and Continue Steeping: After 10 minutes, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the tea to cool it down while allowing it to steep for another 10 minutes for enhanced infusion and a chilled effect.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix the guava juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the brewed tea. Adjust sweetness and tartness by adding extra honey or lemon juice to taste if desired.
- Serve: Place a generous amount of ice in one large or two small glasses and pour the iced guava white tea lemonade over the ice. Serve immediately for best flavor and refreshment.
