Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small jar, add 1/4 cup light olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons honey, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
- Shake to Emulsify: Close the jar tightly with its lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are fully combined and the vinaigrette emulsifies into a smooth dressing.
- Storage: Store the vinaigrette at room temperature in the tightly sealed jar. Shake well before each use as ingredients may naturally separate over time.
