Immunity Shot Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh turmeric root, chopped
- 2 lemons, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Add the fresh ginger, turmeric, peeled lemons, peeled oranges, black pepper, and water into a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are fully combined and liquefied.
- Strain the Liquid: Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer, using a spoon to stir and press the pulp to extract as much juice as possible, separating the juice from the solids.
- Discard Pulp and Store Juice: Remove the pulp from the strainer and discard it. Pour the strained juice into an airtight container and refrigerate. The juice will keep fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Serve the Shots: When ready to consume, pour about 2 ounces of the juice into a small glass and drink quickly like a shot to maximize the health benefits.
Notes
