Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Once cooked through, drain off the excess fat to prevent greasiness.
- Add Seasoning to Beef: Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the taco seasoning packet and ⅔ cup water. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the liquid thickens and coats the beef well. Set aside the seasoned beef.
- Assemble the Burritos: Lay out each flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla. Top with one-quarter of the taco meat, one-quarter of the cooked Mexican rice, drizzle 1 tablespoon of creamy chipotle sauce, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, and a handful of tortilla strips for some crunch.
- Fold the Burritos: To fold, bring up the bottom edge of the tortilla, fold in the sides snugly, then roll tightly to enclose the filling. Make sure the seam is on the bottom to prevent the burrito from unrolling during cooking.
