  • Author: Hugo
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 to 10 cheeseburger bombs 1x

Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a deliciously indulgent appetizer or snack featuring seasoned ground beef and cheese wrapped in soft biscuit dough. Baked to golden perfection and brushed with a flavorful garlic parmesan butter, these bite-sized treats offer a melty, savory experience that’s perfect for parties or casual meals.

Ingredients

Scale

Cheeseburger Filling

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 810 small cheese cubes (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or 1 can crescent roll dough (or homemade pizza dough)

Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until browned and fully cooked. Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to incorporate the flavors, then remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  2. Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit or dough piece with your hands to create a small disk. Place a spoonful of the cooled beef mixture in the center of the dough, then top with a cheese cube. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal completely. Place each sealed dough bomb seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the cheeseburger bombs for 12–15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  4. Add Garlic Parmesan Butter: While the bombs are baking, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley. Once the bombs are out of the oven and still hot, brush each one generously with the garlic parmesan butter for a rich, flavorful finish. Serve immediately while warm and melty.

Notes

  • You can substitute cheddar or mozzarella cheese cubes with your favorite cheese if desired.
  • If using homemade pizza dough, roll it out and cut into biscuit-sized disks before filling.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes to the beef mixture.
  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking; just add a few extra minutes to the bake time if baking from cold.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to restore crispness.
