Ingredients

Scale

Dip Base

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Vegetables & Seasoning

  • 14 oz artichokes, chopped (canned)
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the base ingredients: In a medium pan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese has completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vegetables: Stir in the cooked spinach and chopped artichokes. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes over low to medium heat, ensuring the mixture is well combined and heated through.
  3. Finish with seasoning: Stir in the minced garlic, then remove the pan from heat. Season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste, stirring well to incorporate the spices evenly throughout the dip.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
  • If using frozen spinach, thaw and thoroughly drain excess water before adding.
  • This dip can be served warm or at room temperature.
  • To make it vegan, try plant-based cream cheese and yogurt alternatives, and omit Parmesan or use vegan cheese substitutes.
  • Serve with crackers, toasted bread slices, or fresh vegetables.
