- 10.5 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 10.5 Oz Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened

Liquids and Seasonings
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbs Parsley, dried (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the casserole.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken stock, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the majority of shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, reserving half a cup each for topping. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Assemble in Baking Dish: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it. Smooth the top with a spatula to create an even layer.
- Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the reserved cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the casserole. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to prevent drying out during baking.
- Bake: Place the baking dish on the center rack of the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese topping has melted and the edges are bubbly.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with dried parsley if desired, then serve warm and enjoy your delicious Chicken Tetrazzini!
Notes
- You can substitute rotisserie chicken with cooked chicken breasts or thighs if preferred.
- For a richer flavor, consider using homemade chicken stock.
- If you like a crispy cheese topping, uncover the casserole for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
- Adding mushrooms or peas can enhance the dish with extra texture and flavor.
