Main Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 8-ounce wheel Président Brie Cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Crusty bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven. Preheat your oven to 375º F (190º C) to prepare for baking the brie dip.
- Prepare the Brie. Slice off the top rind of the 8-ounce wheel of brie and place the cheese in a small baking dish, such as a pie or gratin dish, to allow even melting.
- Bake Brie Until Melty. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 7 minutes until the brie is soft and begins to melt.
- Add Toppings. Remove the dish from the oven and top the melted brie generously with cranberry sauce and honey if using; gently stir to combine the flavors.
- Add Rosemary and Continue Baking. Place a fresh sprig of rosemary on top of the brie and return the dish to the oven. Bake for another 10–15 minutes until the mixture is melted, bubbly, and fragrant.
- Serve Warm. Remove from the oven and serve the hot cranberry brie dip immediately with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
Notes
- For a stronger rosemary aroma, lightly bruise the sprig before placing it on the cheese.
- Honey is optional but adds a lovely sweetness that balances the tart cranberry sauce.
- You can substitute the cranberry sauce with any berry preserves for a different flavor profile.
- Serve this dip immediately for the best melty texture; it firms up as it cools.
- Perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy nights in as a simple yet elegant appetizer.
