  • 3/4 cup (114g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a silicone mini muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside to ensure easy removal of brownie bites.
  2. Melt Chocolate and Butter: Combine the butter and chopped bittersweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add Sugar and Corn Syrup: Whisk the granulated sugar and corn syrup into the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the mixture to slightly thicken.
  4. Incorporate Egg and Vanilla: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture. Use an electric hand mixer to beat the batter for 2 minutes until it is well combined and slightly fluffy.
  5. Fold in Dry Ingredients: Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and salt into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to preserve the fudgy texture.
