Chicken Filling

Wrap Assembly
- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Chicken Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Season the Chicken: Stir in the shredded chicken, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is warmed through and evenly coated with the seasonings. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the center of the tortilla. Add a generous scoop of the garlic chicken mixture on top, then sprinkle with additional cheese and chopped parsley if using.
- Fold the Wraps: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly like a burrito to enclose the filling.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter with the minced garlic. Brush this garlic butter evenly over the outside of each wrap.
- Cook the Wraps: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces such as ranch or marinara.
